位置很好，去Glasgow central只需2個站，到SEC十分近。景觀很好，可以清楚看到OVO Hydro, SEC, Clydeport. 設施方面，第一天通知服務員花灑爛了，但沒有修理。 服務方面，每天添毛巾數量不一，有一天送了2樽水，但其他日子沒有，還有執房員沒有每天為我們洗杯，執房後遺留了一個已使用的水樽，但不是我們的。

In general fine, good view and clean room, the problem is the price of car park, as there are lots of car park here which charge £12 each 12 hours, means if you stay 15 hours you need to pay double - £24.

Almost nothing provide in the room, calling room cleaning service was not show up, have coffee machine but not offer any capsules, carpark always full and you can’t find a space even you stay in the hotel! One lift was broken and have to keep waiting for long! Only positive side Staff are friendly and try to help!
